The Golden Age Stage. Practices are structured and fun. No more than 12 players per team play 7-against-7 on a medium-sized field using 6’ x 16’ nets and a smaller ball. Games are never more than 60-minutes away, and games are only 50 minutes long. Practice time is between 45-70 minutes and at this stage there are no throw-ins or offside calls. The concentration is on developing the ABC’s of Agility, Balance and Coordination plus speed. Female players may form their own team or play with the boys as part of the OASL’s X-Division.

Our coaching staff is passionate about the game of soccer. Our Academy boasts coaches who not only excel at teaching the finer points of the game, but they are men who have exceptional people-skills as well. We are confident that our coaches stack up well against those at the very best clubs in the area.
