MEET THE COACH

The Golden Age Stage. Practices are structured and fun. No more than 12 players per team play 7-against-7 on a medium-sized field using 6’ x 16’ nets and a smaller ball. Games are only 30 minutes long. Practice time is 60 minutes and at this stage there are no throw-ins or offside calls. The concentration is on developing the ABC’s of Agility, Balance and Coordination plus speed. The season runs during the spring and summer months.
