The Golden Age Stage. Practices are structured and fun. A maximum of 16 players per team, play 9 vs. 9 on a medium-sized field using nearly-full-size nets and a regular-sized-but-light ball. Games are never more than 60-minute travel time away. Games last 70 minutes, and practices run 45-70 minutes. Throw-ins and offside are introduced at this stage. Concentration is on developing the ABC’s of Agility, Balance and Coordination plus speed. Female players may form their own team or play with the boys as part of the OASL X-Division.

Our Academy boasts coaches who not only excel at teaching the finer points of the game, but they are men who have exceptional people-skills as well.
