Recreational Soccer

• Fun and enjoyable indoor soccer program for players of all skill levels. The program follows Canada Soccer's LTPD model - player development has been sectioned into stages.
  • Stage I: Active Start U4 to U6 (born in 2018-2020)
  • Stage II: Fundamentals U7 to U9 (born in 2015-2017)
  • Stage III: Learn to Train U10 to U12 (born in 2012-2014)

Ball Skillz

• Ball Skillz is a program designed for players aiming to develop their ball control, dribbling and other on the ball skills. The program runs for 11 weeks and all sessions are 1 hour.
• Available as Spring/Summer 2023 Program (May 2023 - Aug. 2023)

Goalkeeper Training Program

• This program offers specialized training for goalkeepers at all stages of their development.
• Available as Spring/Summer 2023 Program (May 2023 - Aug. 2023)

Our recreational training program is a 11 Week program designed to teach players game fundamentals. This program is ideal for players looking to be introduced to the sport and develop essential soccer skills while playing in a recreational environment.

The program is organized in three stages for players age 4 - 12, namely Active Start, Fundamentals and Learn to Train. More details on the recreational pathway can be found on our Player Development Pathway page. 

The Spring/Summer season costs $169 + HST (plus a $30 uniform). The season runs for 10 weeks with a tournament in the 11th week. Uniform purchase is only required for new players to this program.

Ball Skillz is a program designed for players aiming to develop their ball control, dribbling and other on the ball skills. Groups are smaller to ensure coaches can tailor sessions to the development needs of each player.

We are accepting limited players for the upcoming season.

The St. Jude's FC Gaolkeeper Training Program will run from May to August. This registration fee includes one weekly session.

Our program is designed to offer position specific training for goalkeepers. Our coaches are specially trained to deliver a program with sessions and drills to develop goalkeepers at all stages of their goalkeeping journey.
